View the Holidays from Another Perspective During This Exhibit Dedicated to Global Traditions

Looking for a unique way to ring in the holiday season? If so, check out Fernbank Museum of Natural History’s special exhibition, Winter Wonderland: Celebrations & Traditions Around the World, this Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m.!

Enjoy a season of celebrations during Fernbank’s 10th annual Winter Wonderland: Celebrations & Traditions Around the World. This holiday-inspired exhibition features trees and other displays decorated by local cultural partners that recognize celebrations including Christmas and Hanukkah, as well as traditions and practices like origami, indigenous art, and national symbols.

Additional programming will further explore cultures and traditions, including lesser-known holiday stories and hands-on activities for all ages. The Winter Wonderland scavenger hunt will also return this year, challenging guests to discover ornaments and objects within the exhibit. Copies of the scavenger hunt will be available at the greeter station.
