Get ready for a Motown, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Grammy Lifetime Achievement double header featuring The Temptations and The Four Tops! This Saturday, March 30th, these two legendary bands come together for one evening of beloved hit songs and deeper cuts sure to please everyone in the crowd. Check it out this weekend at Cobb Energy Centre!

The Temptations (sometimes abbreviated as The Temps or The Tempts) are an American vocal group that achieved fame as one of the most successful acts to record for Motown Records. Best known for hits such as "My Girl," "Ain't Too Proud To Beg," "I Wish It Would Rain," "I Can't Get Next to You," and "Just My Imagination,” the group's repertoire has included, at various times during its five-decade career, R&B, doo-wop, funk, disco, soul, and adult contemporary music.

The Four Tops ("I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)," "It's the Same Old Song," "Reach Out I'll be There," "Bernadette," "Ain't No Woman Like the One I've Got") are an American vocal quartet from Detroit, Michigan who helped to define the city's Motown sound of the 1960s. The group's repertoire has included soul music, R&B, disco, adult contemporary, doo-wop, jazz, and show tunes. Abdul "Duke" Fakir, Ronnie McNeir, Roquel Payton, and Harold "Spike" Bonhart are currently performing together as the Four Tops. As of 2014, fifty years after their first Motown hit, Fakir is the only surviving founding member of the original group and Payton is a second-generation member.
